Driving 2 hour to Dover or 3 1/2 hours to Altantic City was getting old.
I really enjoyed coming to Charles Town (1). I have been visiting Charles Town Races & Slots for about 2 years. I think management needs a class in Public Relations.įirst I would like to introduce myself, I am a 50 yr old African American woman. And, no, most employees are not friendly or helpful. A pretty entrance and another park garage doesn't make up for a poor payout of the slots. Bring a sweater or jacket because the temperature varies widely from room to room. The public soda station was not working the last couple of times we went, either. Heads up Charlestown ~ you're losing gaming customers! The new Epic Buffet is wonderful, however, and the place is very clean. Now instead of going weekly or every couple of weeks, we go once in a blue moon because it's no fun not to win at all. We've tried all times of the day and night, week days and week ends, early morning as well, and it makes no difference.
They used to pay off well enough for you to at least keep playing but since they started all of the additions and remodeling, the slots are as tight as can be. We live in Leesburg, VA and have been going to Charlestown Slots for over 10 years now, back when the slots area was just a little hole in the wall.
